How to Review and Update Account Information

After you log-in, click the My Account link in the header section at the top of the page. You can also find the link next to the Log-in drop down at top right of the page. Once you are in your Account page, under the My Account tab, you can update existing beneficiary address details and/or add new addresses to your address book. You can also review your orders under the Order History tab.

 

How to Check Status of Order, Payment, and Shipment

You can review the status of your order right from booking to completion in the My Account link in the header section by selecting Order History. Simply click on the order number and you will be provided with all the details of shipment and status.

You may also click on the Track Your Order link located in the header section of the website. Enter your order number and click the Track button to get all the details of shipment and status. 

 

What to do in case of Payment Errors/Transaction Failures

While making payment for your order, if certain required fields are not entered correctly or if there is an internet connection drop, you may get a Payment error page. We request you to email us at support@dciera.com in such a case.
