ohmelectricals.com thanks you wholeheartedly and values your purchase with us. This section describes our policies on payments received from customers and returns to customers for products or services ordered.

 

Acceptable Methods of Payment

We use the most secured and highly acclaimed 'Citrus Pay' and 'CCAvenue' online payment gateways.  At the time of checkout, you will have the option to choose between these two gateways. Both accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, and Netbanking with most banks. Your credit card, debit card and netbanking information remains private and confidential. Both ohmelectricals.com and its online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your card information and ensure end to end data encryption. 

With the CCAvenue payment gateway, you get additional payment options of Cash Cards, Mobile Payments, and Wallets. In addition, the CCAvenue payment gateway also enables EMI payments for transactions of Rs. 3000 or more.

In addition to the above payment options, we also provide Bank Deposit and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. In case of Bank Deposit, you opt to make your payment via funds transfer directly into our bank account. You must complete the funds transfer within 24 hours of order confirmation.

With CCAvenue payment gateway, for transactions over Rs. 3000, you have an EMI payment option with your credit or debit card. The following are the issuing banks along with the EMI payment tenures:

Payment Errors/Transaction Failures

While making payment for your order, if certain required fields are not entered correctly or if there is an internet connection drop, you may get a Payment error page. We request you to email us at support@dciera.com in such a case.

 

Pricing

In addition to the listed price, all our products carry a small shipping price which will be added at the final checkout.  We are proud to offer the lowest price available on all our products.  

 

Order Placement and Order Cancellation

After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes to the placed order. However, you are free to request a cancellation via email within 48 hours of order placement by contacting us on support@dciera.com.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

 

Self-Pickup Option

Our Hyderabad customers can opt in for walk-in pickup from our warehouse at the time of order confirmation and they will not be charged for shipping.

 

Order Fulfillment

ohmelectricals.com makes every effort to service the orders placed, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the shipment physically before accepting. You are free to return the product within 7 days of delivery for whatever the reasons.  

 

Returns and Refunds

You are entitled to return the product within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please contact us and we will assist you with the return process.

In the event of a non-delivery that is attributed to you (such as wrong name, address, or any other wrong information), ohmelectricals.com would incur extra cost for return or re-delivery and any charges associated with it will be your responsibility.

If a refund is owed to you due to product return or cancellation, we will process the amount in 24-48 hours. 

 

Installation and Warranty

All products carry standard manufacturer warranty against any product defects. In case of  installation assistance or warranty service, we request you to email us on support@dciera.com and we will be happy to assist you.

After sales service is usually provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers within the warranty period. For product service requirement, kindly contact us.
