Door Delivery, Dispatch and Delivery Timelines
ohmelectricals.com provides delivery to the shipping address you provide at the time of ordering. Your order will be dispatched and expected to be delivered as per timelines indicated on the product page.
We use only tier-I carriers for shipments for optimal handling and delivery. You can be certain your ordered items will reach you safely and in time.
Exceptions to Doorstep Delivery
Although we ship to all parts of India, due to logistical limitations, it may not be possible to deliver to certain PIN codes. In such cases, we may contact you to cancel the order or discuss alternate delivery point which may be near to you.
Considering the weight and dimensions of the goods we sell, with few exceptions, all our shipments are via surface transport mode only. If you wish for expedited delivery, in certain cases, we may be able to upgrade your shipment to air cargo at a nominal price. Please contact us in such a case.
Our Hyderabad customers can opt in for walk-in pickup from our warehouse at the time of order confirmation and they will not be charged for shipping.
Reverse Shipments in case of Returns
In case of returns, we will arrange for reverse pickups and reverse shipment. However, in certain instances, where it is not possible for us to organize the reverse pickup through our carrier partners, we will request you to ship the item back to us. Once received, in such cases, we will reimburse you for the reverse shipping charges along with the order amount reimbursement.
