Our technician will visit onsite the same day to test the unit for working condition and determine whether the problem is with the internal battery or an internal failure. To conduct testing, power supply must be available at site.
Technician will arrive before the scheduled appointment time and will wait a maximum of 30 minutes in case of power failure.
Prior to the technician's visit, customer must provide the APC UPS model name, serial number, and number of connected batteries (internal or external) at the time of placing the order. Replacement of internal battery or repair of the unit is not included in the scope and will be charged extra with the consent of the customer following testing. Lead time for repair is 7 business days and this is subject to availability of spares. The unit will be taken to our service center for repair, in case repair is not possible onsite.
